Opentelemetry
Capture engineering telemetry data through Opentelemetry and PlayerZero will connect technical context to customer issues happening in real time.
OpenTelemetry (also referred to as OTel) is an open source observability framework made up of a collection of tools, APIs, and SDKs. OTel enables IT teams to instrument, generate, collect, and export telemetry data for analysis and to understand software performance and behavior.
Engineering Connectors
Engineering connectors give PlayerZero visibility into:
- Session logs
- Backend errors and traces
- Serverside events
With engineering connectors, PlayerZero logs all relevant technical insights for each user session. It then subsequently correlates these insights with relevant ticketing, SCM and analytics data to help teams gather full usage context and better answer why certain things are happening to their users.
